“End of Life Decisions” Series

Have you been looking for information regarding End of Life Decisions and Planning? The First Presbyterian Church Wellness Committee and Parish Nurse Program is sponsoring a six-week series on “End of Life Decisions” on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. beginning September 10, 2008 at the church.

The series will include the following topics and speakers:

September 10 – Spiritual Support – Rev. Michael Selburg

September 17 – Power of Attorneys, Wills, etc – Ron Coplan

September 24, 2008 – Funeral Planning – Jim Bosma

October 1 – Discussing Medical Decisions Doctor/Patient/Family – Dr. Richard Vandermyde

October 8 – Long Term Care: What to Look for When Choosing a Nursing Home – Carol Harridge

October 15 – Hospice – Wendi Lippens
