Whiteside County Sheriff’s Reports

Whiteside County Deputies investigated a report of a stolen vehicle in the area of Moline and Troy Roads in rural Whiteside County on August 3, 2008 at approximately 8:50 p.m. According to deputies, Brandon W. Adams, age 18, of Tampico was arrested after fleeing the vehicle. Adams was charged with Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Driving While License Revoked and Resisting Arrest. He was transferred to Whiteside County Jail pending a court appearance.

Whiteside County Deputies were assisted by Rock Falls Police Department, Illinois State Police District 1 and Illinois State Police District 7 K-9.

This is merely an arrest and Adams is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
