St Peters Church Offering Angel Food Ministries to Public |

St. Peters Lutheran Church is offering Angel Food Ministries to the public. Once a month you can order boxes of fresh meats, fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables, and staple items at a very low price. Purchase these items for yourself or help someone you know. Today is the last day for the July order which includes: Marie Callender’s Family Crock Pot Dinner, 1.5 pound boneless port filet, 5 pounds of breaded chicken chunks, 1.5 pounds meaty beef ribs, 28 oz. meatloaf and gravy, 1 pound beef fajitas, 1 pound fully cooked meatballs, 1 pound all meat hot dogs, 1 pound frozen broccoli, 1 pound frozen peas and carrots, 28 oz. pasta sauce, 1 pound pasta, 32 oz. Borden 2% reduced fat shelf milk, 32 oz Hawaiian Punch, 12 count corn tortillas, 7 oz. blueberry muffin mix, 1 dozen eggs and 1 desert item. Total cost for these items if purchased in a grocery store would cost approximately $57-$59. These items can be purchased through St. Peters Church and the Angel Food Ministries is $30. The food items are all fresh, name brand products. They are shipped in refrigerated trucks for same day delivery. The church is taking orders from 1-6 p.m. today, July 3. Cash, money orders or food stamp cards are accepted. No personal checks. Payment in full is required at the time you place your order. The church is located at 601 North Jackson Street, Morrison. Delivery date for the July orders is Saturday, July 19 from 12-1 p.m. at the church. You are asked to bring an empty box to exchange for each regular box ordered.
