Whiteside County Reports

Eric A. Smith, 28, of Rock Falls was arrested by Whiteside County Deputies on June 27, 2008 at 10 p.m. Smith was arrested for a Whiteside County Warrant for Obstructing Justice. He was taken to Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center in lieu of bond.
