Whiteside County Sheriff's Reports

Whiteside County Sheriff’s Deputies investigated a report of battery on June 15, 2008. The battery occurred at a residence located in rural Morrison. As a result of the incident, Aaron M. Linke, 34, Peoria was arrested for Domestic Battery and Aggravated Battery. He is being held in the Whiteside County Jail pending a bond hearing. The incident remains under investigation.

Lisa M. Carscallen, 41, Scalles Mound, IL was arrested on Sunday June 15, 2008, in rural Morrison. Lisa was charged with Driving While her Driver’s License is Suspended, Driving with No Proof of Insurance and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
Carscallen was issued a notice to appear for a court apperance on Thursday, July 31, 2008 at 9 a.m.

The above charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
