Besides the rain at the start of the Farmer’s Market, which opened Saturday, June 7, things went very well.
Bake goods, jewelry, plants, candles, organic and natural products were a few of the items on sale that day. The market baskets from Ghana Africa were a big hit.
The Farmer’s Market will continue every Saturday through September 27 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Morrison’s Heritage Museum parking lot, 202 E Lincolnway (Rte. 30), Morrison.
If you are interested in being one of the vendors, please contact Sharon Habben at 815-772-2018 or sjhabben@cin.net for more information.
