New Farmer's Market - See All the Exciting Items

Rhubarb

Saturday, June 7, is the first day of the Farmer’s Market. Although fresh produce may not be in abundance this first week, there are many new and exciting goods.

Organic and natural products will be available including gluten free items. Frozen pork products will be on sale. Produce, including rhubarb and apple pies, will fancy fruit lovers.

Market baskets made in Ghana, Africa will be a unique item made available for purchase. Other items include jewelry, breads, yarns, soaps, candles and weaving products.

The Farmer’s Market will continue every Saturday through September 7 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Morrison’s Heritage Museum parking lot, 202 E Lincolnway (Rte. 30), Morrison.

If you are interested in being one of the vendors, please contact Sharon Habben at 815-772-2018 or sjhabben@cin.net for more information. Booth spaces are $5 per week or $50 per season for an 8’x10’ area.
