Five Morrison Youth to Participate in Illinois Junior Rodeo

Mark your calendar for some exciting fun and entertainment as five of Morrison’s fine youth take part in the first rodeo of the Illinois Junior Rodeo Association’s 2008 season. The rodeo will begin at 9 a.m. on May 24th and May 25th at the Double G Arena in Sterling, Illinois. Many events to be seen are barrel racing, pole bending, goat tail tying, steer daubing, breakaway roping, team roping, calf and steer riding, chute dogging and goat tying.

Participating in the K-2 age group is Allison Noble. Kids in the 3-5 age group include Abby Noble, Kyle VanDerLeest and Shayna VanDerLeest. Ashley Noble will be competing in the 6-8 age group.

Ashley, Abby and Allison are the daughters of Brad and Jackie Noble. Kyle and Shayna are the children of Larry and Sandy VanDerLeest.
