Morrison Police Reports 04-28-08

Morrison Police arrested Andrew T. Pladna, 20, Clinton, IA on April 25, 2008 at approximately 3 a.m. on charges of Driving While Intoxicated, Unlawful Consumption of an Alcoholic Beverage, and Improper Parking on the Roadway. Pladna was charged after police found him parked in his car at the Cherry Street railroad crossing.
Pladna was transported to the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center where he was later released on a Notice to Appear in court. Pladna is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Robert Wood, Morrison reported on April 26, 2008 at approximately 1:12 p.m. that his vehicle had been damaged by a beer bottle in the Municipal Parking Lot. It is believed that Wood’s vehicle was damaged some time the previous night
