Morrison Police Reports 4-21-08

Morrison Police arrested Donald L. Dennison Jr. on April 17, 2008 at approximately 2:18 p.m. on charges of aggravated battery, domestic battery – 2nd offense, and resisting a police officer. Dennison was arrested after officers were called to 631 East Lincolnway to investigate reports by witnesses of a man who was battering and choking a female in an apartment parking lot.
Dennison received minor injuries after a scuffle with police, but refused treatment. Dennison was incarcerated at the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center. A judge has set bail in the Dennison case at $50,000. Dennison is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Morrison Police charged Stephen J. Sanders, 59, Morrison with battery on April 18, 2008. Sanders was charged after police investigated an incident at Sander’s residence that occurred on April 1. Sanders was released on a notice to appear in court. Sanders is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Morrison Police charged Michael A. Wright, 21, Chicago, with battery on April 18, 2008. Wright was charged after police investigated an incident in the dormitory of Morrison Institute of Technology on the evening of April 15. Wright was released on a notice to appear in court. Wright is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
