Local Floral Designer Helps in Creating an “Enchanted Forest

Kay Brandau Hood AIFD, Morrison, IL, was invited to join a group of 22 floral designers to transform the property of Bob Friese AIFD into an “Enchanted Forest”.

For the second year designers gathered on Bob’s West Michigan estate to create a public awareness exhibit which benefited the West Shore Symphony Orchestra in Spring Lake, Michigan.

Kay commented, “Bob’s home was magnificent and the gardens beautiful with the natural wooded landscapes with babbling salmon-filled streams; it was almost surreal. The transformation took four days and was an amazing floral experience.”
