LYNDA L. ANDERSON, 56, of Bluff Terrace Nursing Home in Clinton, IA, died Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at the nursing home.

Lynda was born May 1, 1951 in Clinton, Iowa to Charles and Barbara (Frazier) Finch. She was educated in the Clinton, IA grade schools and graduated from Clinton High School in 1969. She married Norman “Denny” Anderson on November 28, 1970 in Mt. Carroll, Illinois. Lynda was employed with the former Central Steel Company in Camanche, IA as a facer operator and later with the Ramada Inn in Clinton, IA with housekeeping. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Clinton, IA. She also loved to fish and camp at Hazel Lake in Camanche, IA with her family. A memorial has been established to Mercy Hospice.

Survivors include one daughter, Michele Anderson (Barry Huebner) of Clinton, IA; two sons, Jody (Amy) Anderson of Morrison, IL, Brian Anderson of Memphis, TN; Seven Grandchildren, Ian Remry, Lauren and Sydney Anderson, Devon and Katelinn Carstensen, Ashley and Haley Huebner; four sisters, Judith (Mrs. Gary) Westman of Palm Harbor, FL, Cindy Finch of Safety Harbor, FL, Connie (Mrs. John) Oestreich of Clinton, IA, Shelly (Mrs. Roger) Worden of Palm Harbor, FL; three brothers, John (Cindy) Finch of Lino Lakes, MN, Jim Finch of Palm Harbor, FL, Troy (Jordana) Finch of Palm Harbor, FL.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

FUNERAL SERVICE WHEN AND WHERE: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 29, 2008 at Emmanuel Reformed Church – Morrison, IL

OFFICIATING CLERGY: Mr. Rich Criss – Ministry Coordinator of Emmanuel Reformed Church

VISITATION: 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2008 at the Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home

INTERMENT: 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 29, 2008 at Clinton Lawn Cemetery – Clinton, IA
