A Chilly Day for an Easter Egg Hunt

The Annual Kiwanis Easter Egg Hunt was held Saturday March 22 at Kiwanis Park. Though temperatures were a little frigid it did not hinder the attendance or the fun of searching for the eggs, which contained candy and prizes.

The Easter Bunny began the egg hunt with his arrival on one of Morrison’s Fire Trucks. The children were divided into four different age groups beginning with two and under; 3-4 years of age; 5-6 years old; and 7-9 group.

MHS Key Club provides the Easter Bunny and its escort and spread the eggs onto the field for each age group.
