Morrison Police Reports

Morrison Police Department investigated a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of West Lincolnway and North Base Street on February 27, 2008 at approximately 8:46 a.m. An eastbound car driven by Gail E. Austin,. 82, Morrison was struck by a southbound pick-up driven by Michelle L. Douglas, 31, Morrison.

There were no injuries reported as a result of the collision. Total damage to both vehicles exceeded $500. Douglas was cited for failure to yield at a stop intersection, and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license. Douglas is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
