ROCK FALLS - Eva M. Beckman, 65 of Rock Falls died Wednesday February 6, 2008 at her home.

She was born on April 24, 1942 in Rock Falls. She married David B. Beckman on November 1, 1958. He died September 21, 1985. She was employed at Raynor Garage Door in Dixon for 20 years and later work for 5 years at Tri-County in Rock Falls. Eva enjoyed the simple things of life and her great grandchildren were her pride and joy.

Surviving is her daughter Cheryl (Bruce) of Rock Falls; her son David L. of Rock Falls; her sisters Marie (Darrell) Moss of Dixon and Ada (Harvey) Anderson of Morrison; one grand daughter, Jaime (James) ; and three great grandchildren; special nephew, Bobby; and several other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and her niece Patricia Moss.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday February 12, 2008 at 1:30 PM in the McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls with the Reverend Jason Borton officiating.

Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery.

Visitation is Tuesday from 12:30 - 1:30 PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established.
