DENNIS L. SCHROEDER, 51, of 1203 11th Avenue, Fulton, IL, died Thursday, February 7, 2008 at Genesis West Medical Center in Davenport, IA.

Dennis was born March 24, 1956, in Morrison, IL, to Harvey and Ruth (Buikema) Schroeder. He was educated in the Morrison grade schools and graduated from Morrison High School in 1974. He married Denise Balk on August 24, 1979 in Morrison. After graduation, Dennis worked for Drives, Inc. of Fulton. He currently was employed by Data Source Appraisals in Bettendorf, IA. He was a member of Second Reformed Church in Fulton, where he served as a deacon. He enjoyed model railroading, woodworking, golf and NASCAR.

Survivors include his wife, Denise; one daughter, Nicole Schroeder of Boyden, IA; one son, Adam (Katie) Schroeder of Tampico, IL; his parents, Harvey and Ruth Schroeder of Morrison, IL; one brother, Allen Schroeder of Morrison, IL.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

OFFICIATING: Rev. Scott Stephan: Pastor of Second Reformed Church- Fulton, IL

VISITATION: 4:00 – 8:00 PM Sunday, February 10, 2008 at the Fulton Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home

INTERMENT: Fulton Township Cemetery – Fulton, IL
