Internationally Recognized Chronic Disease Program Offered

Live Well Be Well offers people who experience the challenges of living with one or more chronic health conditions information to develop confidence, skills, and knowledge to more effectively manage the condition and regain control of their lives. Classes are highly participative, taught by trained and certified instructors, and build upon the successful outcomes of each individual.

The program is scheduled to begin March 10th, and will be offered once a week for seven weeks from 6-8:30 PM at CGH Professional Building in Sterling. Registration is limited and applications must be received by March 3rd. The cost for the program is $20 which includes all sessions and related materials.
