MARY A. WHITE, 83, of 310 W. Park Street, Morrison, IL, died Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at the Four Seasons Living Center in Morrison.

Mary was born August 11, 1924, to W. Leon and Mabel (Hensel) Reed. She married Kenneth D. White on September 2, 1945 in Bloomingdale, MI. He died November 11, 1992. Mary was a homemaker. She was a member of Bethesda Lutheran Church in Morrison, and had been a member of the WWII Mother’s Association.

Survivors include one daughter, Barbara (Mrs. Dale) Hayen of Sterling, IL; three sons, Donald (Janice) White and Kenneth L. White, both of Morrison, and David (Bonnie) White of Geneseo, IL; ten grandchildren, Amy and Andrew Hayen, Bo (Tami) White, Shad (Valerie) White, Tymothy (Sarah) Williams, Jennifer White, Matthew White, Emma White, Kaitlyn White, Josette White; eight great grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Viola Powell of Prophetstown, IL; two brothers, John “Jack” (Beverly) Reed of Rock Falls, IL and Bill Reed of Monroe, WI.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth; one sister, Lila Bock.

FUNERAL SERVICE WHEN AND WHERE: 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 2, 2008 at the Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home

OFFICIATING CLERGY: Rev. Bob Burton, Pastor of Bethesda Lutheran Church – Morrison, IL

VISITATION: 9:30AM until the time of the funeral service, Saturday, February 2, 2008 at the Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home

INTERMENT: Grove Hill Cemetery – Morrison, IL
