Whiteside County Sheriff’s Reports

Whiteside County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Gerald A. Lindermyer, age 68, of rural Prophetstown at approximately 2 a.m. on February 9, 2008 on Springhill Road approximately six miles west of Prophetstown.

Deputies found Lindermyer on Springhill Road stuck halfway in the ditch. After an investigation Lindermyer was arrested for Improper Lane Usage, and two counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Lindermyer was transported to Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center where he was held pending a court hearing.
