Students from Fulton High School attended a Technical Careers Fair at Clinton Community College on Tuesday, February 5. The students experienced hands on activities in a variety of the programs offered at the college including:
- Mechatronics
- CAD Drafting/GIS
- Administrative Office Support
- Information Technology.
The Technical Careers Fair gave students and their teachers an opportunity to learn about vocational technical career programs first-hand. It also gives them the chance to explore technical careers in a fun way, while raising their awareness of CCC vocational career programs. The fair is designed to familiarize students with the CCC campus, the Graphic Arts Technology Center, technical career programming and the instructors.
Admissions Officer Cheryl Tack commented, “The Technical Careers Fair brings the CCC vocational programs to area high school students in a unique way, allowing the students to experience various hands-on activities. We are very excited to showcase our programs and campus.”
