Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner and Meeting

The Morrison Chamber of Commerce held their 2008 Annual Dinner and Meeting at Prairie Ridge Golf Course Oak Room Restaurant.

Dean Zuidema, retiring Chamber President, welcomed everyone for coming. Invocation was given by Kent Renkes. A buffet dinner followed.

Robert Woods, Community Development Coordinator - Community Facilitator was the guest speaker for the evening, stating some of the goals and projects for making Morrison better.

Appreciation gifts were given to Jason Wheat as he is retiring from the board, and Dean Zuidema as the retiring Chamber President. RoAnn Porter, Chamber secretary was presented a gift for her work and dedication to the Chamber.

A door prize which was a Morrison key holder was won by Marsha Blean.

Norma Nelson, new Chamber President closed the meeting.
