2008 Year in Review

Register for Child Care University Now

Child Care University registration is going on now through February 18. This year's conference will be held on Saturday March 1, 2008 at Sauk Valley Community College and will feature over fourteen workshops to help child care providers learn new skills. Workshops vary from Autism, Puppets with class, Art Smart, Relaxation: Lotions and Potions and more.

The keynote presentation this year will be given by Janice McCoy, Family Life Educator with University of Illinois Extension. McCoy will present an intereactive workshop titled "COLORS." COLORS is a personality inventory that will help providers understand their personality preferences and those of others. Providers will be able to take the information they learn and apply it to their work or personal settting and enhance their interpersonal relationships.
