2005 Year in Review

Snow Emergency Ended

The snow emergency which was declared on January 5, 2005, for the City of Morrison has ended. We received a total of 10 inches of snow. Three inches on Tuesday and seven inches accumulated on Wednesday.

According to Gary Tresenriter, "For the most part everyone was cooperative. Unfortunately, for some, we try to finish one street at a time from curb to curb so those that shovel their driveways out early find that they get plowed back in if we haven't done that street yet." Gary is the Superintendent of Public Services.
