On 12-01-05 at 6:15 a.m. William L. Urban, 59, Morrison was southbound on US 30, approaching Moline Road when he lost control of the vehicle due to ice and snow on the roadway. The front left bumper of the Urban vehicle struck a guardrail on the east side of the roadway.
Damage sustained by the vehicle was over $500. Urban was wearing a seatbelt and no charges were made.

On 12-01-05 at 2:34 p.m., Penny J. Kramer, 40, Morrison was charged with a suspended driver’s license, no seatbelt and no insurance.
Kramer was stopped for no seat belt and the above charges resulted.
The charges are only an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
