Police Reports 11-21-05

On 11-17-05, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Morrison Police arrested Chad M. Hudson, 32, Morrison, on a charge of domestic battery.

Hudson was arrested after an investigation into a disturbance earlier in the evening. The victim was treated and released for minor injuries at Morrison Community Hospital.

Hudson was incarcerated in the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center pending an appearance before a judge. Hudson is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
