Illinois State Police Reports

Illinois State Police stopped a vehicle at 7:14 p.m., November 9, 2005 for Improper Lane Usage. As a result of the stop, Thomas A. Workman, 17, Morrison was charged with No Valid Driver’s License and Improper Lane Usage. Also a passenger in the vehicle, Zachary P. Snow, 19, also of Morrison was charged with Unlawful Possession-Consumption of Alcohol and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Snow posted bond.

The charges above are only accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Scott M. Moen, 34, Morrison was stopped for speeding at 3:48 p.m. on November 12, 2005. Moen was also charged with No Valid Driver’s License. A licensed driver removed the vehicle from the scene.
