Morrison Police Department News Release 10-11-05

On 10-8-05, at approximately 12:40am, Morrison Police arrested Penny J. Scarbrough,,34, Morrison, on Whiteside and Lee County warrants for failure to appear.

Scarbrough was subsequently incarcerated at the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center in lieu of $700 cash bond. Scarbrough is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On 10-10-05, at approximately 5:35pm, Morrison Police arrested Jason A. Walters, 31, Morrison, on a Whiteside County warrant for failure to appear. Walters was subsecquently incarcerated at the Whitedide County Law Enforcement Center in lieu of $500 cash bond. Walters is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
