Identity Theft Workshop

ATTENTION Citizens of Prophetstown and surrounding areas... this is your last chance to register! Lazy chair, can of beer, disheveled man, perky valley-girl voice ... we’ve all seen the commercial where he shares how “she” just made a major leather purchase with “his” credit card! Although we laugh, identity theft is a serious problem and the people of Prophetstown and surrounding areas do not need to be its next victims!

Educate and protect yourself by calling the University of Illinois Extension Office in Morrison to register for the Identity Theft Workshop to be held on Tuesday, October 11 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Henry Adams Memorial Library in Prophetstown.

There is NO COST for the workshop, but pre-registration is required two business days before the event and space is limited so do not delay. Call 815-772-4075 to register.

Response to this event may influence future programming in your hometown. If you have ideas for other workshops you would like to see offered in the Prophetstown area, please contact Heather Coyle, University of Illinois Extension, 815-772-4075.
