Home-schooled children have a chance for interaction, group participation and learning outside the normal home environment. University of Illinois Extension is offering a special program designed just for them. This Home School Kids Only day will focus on pollens and pollination. There will be several hands-on science activities, which will give youth the opportunity to learn about fossilized pollens, flower parts, the plant life cycle, plus more!

The registration fee is $5.00 per participant and will include all materials. Registration forms are available at our office located at 100 East Knox Street in Morrison. The event will be held at our office in Morrison on September 28th from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. For more information on other programs offered through University of Illinois Extension check our website at University of Illinois Extension. Registrations are due by September 15. Call Jenni at 815/772-4075 for more information on this program. Parents are welcome to attend with their children free of charge.
