Morrison Police Report 08-22-05

On 08-21-05, at approximately 4:30 p.m., Morrison Police arrested Chelsea A. Eastwood, 21, Davenport, IA, on a Rock Island County arrest warrant charging Eastwood with failure to appear on a previous arrest in Rock Island County. Eastwood was also charged with no valid driver’s license. Eastwood was arrested after being stopped in the 300 block of East Park Street for an equipment violation.

Eastwood was subsequently transported to the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center where she subsequently posted $150 cash bail. Eastwood is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
