2005 Year in Review

Addition to Morrison Police Report 08-01-05

On 07-30-05, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Morrison Police charged Thomas E. Norman, 24, Chadwick, with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Norman was stopped at the intersection of North Cherry Street and East Lincolnway for a traffic violation.
Norman was subsequently transported to the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center where he later posted his driver’s license as bond. Norman is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
