Morrison Police Reports 07-25-05

On 07-21-05, at approximately 4:40 p.m. Morrison Police Department arrested Daniel L. Sutt, 34 for Domestic Battery. Sutt was arrested after Morrison Police received a call of a domestic dispute. Sutt was arrested after it was determined that Sutt struck another household member. The victim did not receive any injuries requiring medical attention. Sutt was transported to the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center and held pending an appearance before a judge. Sutt is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

On 07-22-05, at approximately 12:46 p.m., Curtis Stuart reported that about 170 CD’s were taken during the previous night from his vehicle. The vehicle was parked in the 300 block of West Morris when the incident occurred.

On 07-23-05, at approximately 9:50 a.m. Morrison Police Department investigated a burglary to the concession stand at the ball diamond at the High School.
