2005 Year in Review

Vacation Bible School – July 25-29

The Churches of Morrison are getting ready for another exciting week of community Bible School. Beginning Monday, July 25 through Friday, July 29, Vacation Bible School will be held at the air-conditioned Northside School in Morrison. The hours will be from 6-8 p.m. each evening.

This year’s theme is “Good News Clues – Searching For New Life in Jesus”. Children ages four years to those entering 6th grade are invited to join in the fun. Children will love searching for clues as they visit different rooms in a house that will help them learn to live their lives for Jesus.

Searching for clues in the garden, the dining room, the family room, the kitchen, and the living room, children will become detectives engaged in fun games, meaningful activities, Bible memory, cool crafts, and creative snacks – all with one purpose – to learn about living each day for Jesus.

Registration forms are available at Morrison Community State Bank, Metro Bank, Morrison City Building, Odell Public Library, Wells Fargo Bank, Movie Magic, Dairy Queen, thecity1.com Forms Page and the churches of Morrison. No child will be turned away for inability to pay. Scholarships are available. Registration fees are $15 per child and $25 family maximum by July 15. There is an additional $10 per family for registrations received after July 15. Registration fees include a t-shirt, all craft supplies, and a CD of the music.
