Police Reports 06-06-05

On 06-04-05, at approximately 2:00 a.m., Morrison Police charged Robert J. McDonnell, 37, Morrison, with two counts of battery, and Charles W. Bush, 42, with one count of battery. The two were charged after officers were called to an altercation at Da Bar tavern on East Main Street.

McDonnell and Bush were subsequently released on notices to appear in court. Further charges are pending. McDonnell and Bush are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
