Family Members Donate to Locks of Love

Five cousins from Morrison will be donating their long locks to help those that have lost their hair as a result of treatment for cancer or other illnesses.

The donors include: (front left to right) Bailey Smith (4) and Allyson Gray (9) and (back left to right) Mike and Dara Smith (parents of Bailey) and Lisa Dalton.

Allyson donated her hair to Locks of Love several years ago, but the others are first time donors. All were ready for a change and because each one has family members that have been diagnosed with cancer, decided to donate their locks.

The cutting will be done during the Relay For Life at Hinders Field in Rock Falls on Saturday, June 11th between 4:00 – 5:00 PM.
