Seventeen-year-old male, battered |

On 03-28-05, at approximately 8:45 p.m., Beth A. Wickes, Morrison, reported that her son’s 26” Mongoose bicycle was stolen from the bicycle rack at Odell Public Library. The theft occurred some time during the evening.
On 03-29-05, at approximately 8:33 p.m. Gordon Nelson, Morrison, reported that the registration sticker on his license plate was found missing.
On 04-02-05, at approximately 10:17 p.m. a seventeen-year-old male was battered at the intersection of East Main Street and North Clinton Street. The victim was transported to the Morrison Community Hospital by Morrison Ambulance for treatment of his injuries. The victim advised police that two males in a brown or dark colored Oldsmobile drove next to the victim and asked him if he wanted to fight. The driver then exited the Oldsmobile and began hitting the victim.
The assailant is described as a Hispanic male with shaved head, heavy build and 5’10” in height, wearing a blue “FUBU” sweatshirt. The assailant may have been injured in the fight.
The passenger is described as a white male, 5’10” in height, and heavy build. Police are asking that anyone with information regarding this incident to contact the Morrison Police Department at 772-7650 or 772-7659.
