Diabetes Cooking School to Be Held

Do you or a member of your family have diabetes? Is planning meals a real struggle? University of Illinois Extension, Whiteside County Office is offering a Dining with Diabetes 2 Program series that may be right for you. Classes will be held on 3 consecutive Mondays on March 28, April 4, and April 11 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Odell Library Community Room, 307 South Madison Street in Morrison. Participants will learn more about food shopping, eating out and meal planning with diabetes. To register call: 815-772-4075. The cost is $15 for all 3 sessions, and space is limited.
