Police Reports 02-07-05

On 02-06-05, at approximately 2:40 a.m., Morrison Police arrested Diana C. Castillo, 56, Sterling, for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and improper lane usage. Castillo was arrested after a traffic stop at the intersection of Genesee Street and Rt. #30. Castillo was subsequently transported to the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center where she was later released on a notice to appear in court. Castillo is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
