Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at TLP

Timber Lake Playhouse and Artistic Director Brad Lyons tantalize your sweet tooth with a journey into the delicious world of Willy Wonka as they present Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

When the reclusive candy genius Willy Wonka announces he will open his factory to several children, the world goes crazy looking for “a golden ticket”! From Charlie Bucket to Veruca Salt and the Oompa Loompas, all the beloved characters are here -- live and on stage!
This delightful romp combines live actors with puppets, the latter of which will play Oompa Loompas and other magical Chocolate Factory characters. This is sure to be a fun theatrical experience for all ages!
Evan Enderle directs this zany tale, and Maurice Murphy is sure to put a smile on your face as the magical Willy Wonka. With Andrew Parker Greenwood as the sweet Charlie Bucket, Vanessa Panerosa as the feisty Violet Beauregarde, and Candice Pennefather as the demanding Veruca Salt, this production is as refreshing as a Popsicle on a hot summer day! Wyatt Kuether is Charlie’s Grandpa Joe, Kyle Post will portray the insatiable Augustus Gloop, and Tyler Smith is the live-wired Mike Teavee. Alexandra Ausman, Courtney Crouse, Eden Ostroff, Tara Teshke, Lindsay McWorthy, and Kristen French round out this Everlasting Gobstopper of a cast.
