Health Department Foot Care Clinic - Rock Falls

Whiteside County Health Department Home Care will be continuing a new service – A Foot Care Clinic. Foot Care will be available for all seniors over age 60 on Wednesday, January 26, 2005 from 2-4 p.m. at Whiteside County Health Department Rock Falls Branch Office, 1300 West 2nd Street, Rock Falls, IL. Appointments will be taken in advance for Foot Care Sessions by calling 815-772-7411, extension 14 or 1-800-772-4213 to schedule your appointment. Cost is $15.
