2004 Morrison Downtown Halloween Parade |
|
| Cold temperatures and high winds did not keep the ghosts and goblins from attending the Downtown Morrison Halloween Parade Saturday afternoon. Cottonwood 4-H Club bagged 198 bags of candy donated by all the area banks and credit unions and by the end of the parade all the bags were dispensed. As the children huddled and ate their candy under the bank canopy, parents chatted with each other, and the judges walked up and down looking for the scariest, most original, and funniest or cutest costumes. A prize was also given out for the best group or theme costume. Visit the Events page for the winners and photos. by Barb Benson, theCity1.com |
