Morrison Police Department News Release 10-18-04

On 10/16/04, at approximately 4:55pm, Morrison Police arrested Jose L. Guzman,49, Rockford,Illinois, for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an alcholic beverage. Guzman was charged after police investigated a motorist report of an erratic driver on East Lincolnway. Guzman was subsequently transported to the Whiteside County Law Enforcement center where he was released after posting $300 cash bond. Guzman is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
