Christmas Walk and Parade is Approaching

It is less than two months until one of Morrison’s most popular community events occurs: the annual Christmas Walk and Parade. Mark your calendar for Thursday, December 2. The parade begins at 6:00, and the festivities continue until 8:30. As usual, several restaurants and churches will be prepared to serve you wholesome, tasty meals in the late afternoon and during the evening.

“Memories are made in Morrison” is this year’s theme. It is the slogan of our Sesquicentennial celebration. Christmas and memories are an ideal combination. Start thinking of a possible float or walking unit to enter in the parade.

December is the month to feature retail and service businesses. You can show your appreciation to them buy shopping locally during the holiday season.
