Police reports 09-13-04

On 09-10-04, Morrison Police referred charges of aggravated battery and mob action to the Whiteside County State’s Attorney. The charges against two 16-year-old juveniles, from Fulton and Albany, stem from a fight that occurred at Northside School the previous evening at approximately 8:30 p.m. A 17-year-old male was injured in the fight, and was subsequently treated and released at Morrison Hospital for facial and head injuries

The juveniles were released to the custody of their parents pending adjudication of the case
