Hillendale Bed and Breakfast sealed bid declined

Hillendale Bed and Breakfast is now listed in a conventional manner as a luxury home and property, according to a spokesperson from Sheldon Good & Company Auctions LLC in Chicago

The sealed bid auction in which the property was listed as a turnkey opportunity bed and breakfast came to a close on July 13. The highest bid was turned down.

The luxury home sits on 1.474 acres of professionally landscaped grounds that is filled with statuary, fountains and a brick wall.
