Police Reports 08-16

On 08-10-04, at approximately 1:24 p.m., Morrison Police arrested Cleodus J. Hale, 24, Roscoe, IL, on charges of domestic battery and interference with the reporting of domestic violence. Hale was arrested after police responded to a report of a disturbance at 507 North Genesee Street, Apt. 1B. Police also charged Hale with criminal damage to property after the victim advised police that Hale had slashed a tire on her car during the disturbance. Hale was subsequently incarcerated in the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center pending an appearance before a judge. Hale is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Morrison Police were assisted at the scene by Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office.

On 08-10-04, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Jessie L. Harridge, 21, Morrison, reported that someone had scratched the paint on her car earlier in the evening. The damage occurred while the Harridge car was parked in the 700 Block of West Morris Street.

On 08-15-04, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Morrison Police arrested Lisa A Cady, 43, Morrison, on a charge of domestic battery. Cady was charged after police responded to a disturbance at 506 South Cherry Street. Cady was subsequently transported to the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center pending an appearance before a judge. Cady is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
