Police Reports 08-09

On 08-02-04, at approximately 2 p.m., Morrison Police charged Matthew J. Dykstra, 19, Naperville, Illinois, with the purchase of liquor by a person under 21 years of age. Dykstra was charged after police investigated a report, by an employee of Shell Express on the evening of July 31, that a suspected under aged person purchased alcoholic beverages at Shell Express using a fictitious identification card. Dykstra was released on a notice to appear in court.

Police are continuing the investigation into this incident. Dykstra is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
