Mayor signs Sequicentennial Proclamation |

Mayor Roger Drey signed a Proclamation on Monday, July 12, 2004, at the City Council Meeting announcing the Morrison Sesquicentennial celebration. Mayor Drey proclaimed Morrison Fest, which will be held July 17, 2004 as the official start of the Sesquicentennial celebration.
