Morrison Police Report 07-05

On 6-29-04, at approximately 10:50 am, an employee of Casey's General Store reported that a black male left the convenience store without paying for $25.16 worth of gasoline.

On 7-2-04, at approximately 8:03 am, Joshua J. Sanchez, Morrison, reported that someone had jumped on the roof of his car while it was parked at 509 South Base Street. No estimate of the dollar amount of damage is currently available. The damage occurred some time during the early morning hours of July 2.

On 7-4-04, at approximately 9:40pm, Morrison Police arrested William A. Fratus, 35, Morrison, for battery, domestic battery, and driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Fratus was arrested after police responded to a domestic disturbance call at 810 West Park Street. Fratus is being held in the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center pending an appearance before a judge. Fratus is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
