Morrison Police Report 06-28

On 6-22-04, at approximately 5:33 a.m., Morrison Police Arrested Tyson C. Hatten, 20, Sterling, for driving while under the influence of alcohol and disobeying a traffic control device. Hatten was stopped in the Municipal Parking Lot on East Market Street after an officer observed Hatten disobey a red light at the intersection of Cherry Street and East Lincolnway. Hatten was subsequently transported to the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center where is was held on lieu of $300 cash bond. Hatten is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On 6-27-04, at approximately 11:47 pm, Morrison Police arrested Joseph C. Still, 25, Fenton, for unlawful possession of cannibis, unlawful possession of drug paraphenalia, driving while license suspended, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Still was arrested after being stopped for a minor traffic violation at the intersection of Main and Jackson Streets. Still was subsequently released on notice to appear in court. Still is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
